Progressive Release®
bases are designed to help reduce the chance of injury from uncontrolled
slides. They are "Made in the USA" of durable, cut-resistant polyurethane that
"flexes" to absorb energy as the player slides into the base with enough force.
This may pop the base free or release
it from its mount. This progressive release®
action may help
reduce the incidence of sliding injuries. |
Soft Touch ® Bases
are very rugged. They are molded from durable, cut-resistant
polyurethane. Proven in over 15 years of play, progressive release®
bases regularly outperform standard bases and are fully warranted
against failure due to defective materials for a full playing season. |
